Do you have a minimum order quantity? In order to meet increasing demand, Two Sisters Spa has a $100 minimum order quantity.
Do you offer Free Shipping? Free shipping is offered on all orders of $250+ in the continental US.
Where do you ship to? Currently, products are shipped in the continental United States.
Turnaround time? We do our best to ship within 1 to 2 weeks within receiving an order. Larger orders during peak seasons may require a little additional time.
How will I know when my order ships? Tracking information is sent via email when your order is fulfilled.
Do you offer private labeling? Private Label Bath Bombs can be produced for select brands who can meet a 3,000 unit MOQ per SKU. Please contact us for more information.
What is your return policy? Two Sisters Spa offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order is damaged in transit, provide photo documentation, and we will replace the damaged product. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. But we are happy to replace any product that has issues.
Does your product come ready to put out and sell? Our unique Bubble Bath Bombs arrive shelf-ready. Each one is shrink-banded with our product information on it, and ready to be sold.
Large order lead times We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 2 weeks. Large orders during peak seasons may experience slightly longer lead times.
How big are they? Each Bubble Bath Bomb is about 5 oz (2.5 inches in diameter) – almost the size of a tennis ball.
What is the shelf life of your product? Bath bombs become less effective over time. Due to the freshness of our ingredients, we suggest using them as soon as possible for maximum fizz, bubbles, fragrance and color. But if stored in a cool, dry, dark air-tight container, they can often last up to 12 months. We don't recommend merchandising bath bombs in direct sunlight or under bright fluorescent lights as this can cause some fading.
What ingredients are in the Bubble Bath Bombs? Two Sisters Spa selects only the highest quality USA-MADE ingredients. Ingredients include: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Epsom Salt, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA), Olive Oil, Fragrance Oil or Essential Oil, Water-based FD&C Colorants, Witch Hazel, and Colored Sugar Embellishments. Our Hemp Essentials Bubble Bombs also contain Hemp Seed Oil.
Are your Bubble Bath Bombs Natural? Our Bubble Bath Bombs are 99% Natural. They are vegan, gluten free, phthlalate-free, cruelty
Why don't you use Essential Oils in every Bubble Bath Bomb? Some popular fragrances are not available as essential oils - like Birthday Cake, Bubble Gum, or Cotton Candy. We know our customers still want these, so for scents like these, we source the highest quality fragrance oils, which are Phthalate-Free and IFRA-approved for meeting the highest quality health standards.
